"The collaboration between the Michelin Guide and Metro has also been realized in Croatia to help Croatian restaurants and caterers take their place on the gastronomic map of the world. Ten Dubrovnik restaurants have been awarded with a Michelin recommendation for the passion of their culinary perfection and top quality products. And we are extremely pleased that Michelin inspectors have recognized their offer,” emphasized Josip Dujmović.
With more than 100 years of restaurant selection experience, Michelin’s Guide today recommends more than 20,000 restaurants in 30 countries around the world. Whether it is Europe, Asia or America, the inspectors apply the same criteria for assessing the quality of each restaurant they visit anonymously. And now 32 restaurants in Croatia are featured in the Michelin Guide as recommended restaurants.
