Mobbing forces people to quit their jobs

By  Dec 13, 2017

According to the leading Croatian jobsite MojPosao, a large number of Croats have quit their job at least once in their active life.

MojPosao conducted a survey including 450 respondents, which shows that almost 95 percent of Croats quit their job at least once during their career, whilst 37 percent of them were fired as technologically redundant workers.

Furthermore, the largest percentage of respondents (56%) quit their job due to very low salary and a lack of professional advancement (50%).

Bad working conditions were the main reason for 46 percent of respondents to quit their jobs, whilst 42 percent of them did the same due to mistreatment from a boss.
